The student room of 16 m² is located on the first floor at the front of the house. Thanks to the ceiling height and large south-facing window, it feels very bright and spacious.
The room provides more than enough space for the bed, wardrobe, study area with bookshelf and a sitting corner.
The room has a washbasin with hot and cold water and a bathroom cabinet. The walls have been freshly painted and the authentic wooden floor creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.
There is a private doorbell and intercom, and unlimited wireless internet throughout.
The kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor need only be shared with two housemates.
Our student house is small-scale: on one hand 2 studios on the 2nd floor, one of which is a duplex and one a compact new studio, on the other hand 3 budget-friendly rooms with access to a shared kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor to be shared with only 2 co-residents.
The house meets all safety regulations and carries the 'sterrenkot' label, a quality guarantee.
The student house is located at the bus stop 'Kanon', halfway along the direct connection road between the station in the city center and the VIVES and KULAK Campuses, and from where the HOWEST, Graaf K. de Goedelaan, the Level, the Studios, Industrial design Center, The Hive Campuses are easily accessible. Due to this ideal location, this is a real student neighborhood. Frequent bus service in both directions is free for them.
On foot it is about ten minutes' walk to the station (rear entrance).
Directly opposite the house there is a supermarket, Carrefour, open until 20:00, very convenient for students. Across the street you also have 'De Blauwe Frituur', known and appreciated not only by students.
Next to the house is the large, quiet park 'De Blauwe Poorte', with its beautiful vegetation and pond. The ideal location to relax and unwind.
