Beautiful student studio located in a historic house, ideally positioned opposite Parc de la Boverie, with immediate proximity to public transport, shops, city center and universities.

The studio includes:

Quiet and pleasant house

The accommodation is in a house inhabited by the owner. Two daughters (ages 20 and 10) are present one week out of two. The house atmosphere is calm, so we are looking for a serious, quiet and respectful student, who comes primarily to study.

For student only – 1 person. No domiciliation. Quiet person preferred.
