A furnished room (€540/month) is becoming available in St-Guidon in a non-smoking apartment, located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a single-family home. The room is partially furnished, and registration of your address is not possible.
The rent includes utilities except for firewood; a sterre (a unit of land measurement) can be ordered upon arrival and divided into three (approximately €80 per sterre).

The apartment, currently occupied by Adrien and Isabelle, has been renovated using alternative methods and offers a warm atmosphere: repurposed furniture and objects, solar thermal panels for hot water, south-facing terraces, wood heating only, etc. The atmosphere is intended to be simple, respectful, and friendly.

We are looking for a calm, independent person (especially with the wood-burning stove in the room), who is careful and considerate of shared living. Communication and mutual respect are important for a harmonious living situation. The communal spaces are small, especially the kitchen, which requires cooperation and mindful sharing.
The neighborhood is lively and pleasant (a bit noisy on match nights), just steps from Anderlecht Stadium and the St-Guidon metro station. The city center is a 15-minute bike ride along the canal.
