About Kotplace

Kotplace is above all the story of a passionate owner ... and a hassle.

My name is Amine , and for years I have rented students in Belgium.
Like many other owners, I started on Facebook, posting my ads in groups where they were quickly lost, often drowned under dozens of publications. Discussions with the students were sometimes complicated, the answers were lost, and it was difficult to find a conversation or to know if a accommodation was still available.

I wanted to test the “classic” platforms: real estate ad sites, specialized portals, etc. But I quickly realized that publishing an announcement was often expensive , complex , and frankly tedious: old-fashioned interface, multiple forms, and almost non-existent customer service.
The worst? The students also told me: they did not find their account either! Too many obsolete ads, few direct contacts, and sometimes incomprehensible costs ...

One evening, after having struggled to respond to a dozen students lost in my Facebook box, I said to myself:
"You have to invent a simple, clear platform, which really reconnects students and owners, without headache."

This is how Kotplace : a site thought first to facilitate exchanges, create confidence, and allow each student as well as each owner to save time ... and smile!

On Kotplace, the announcements are easy to publish, contacts are direct, messaging is intuitive, and everyone knows where it is. No hidden costs, no robots, just a real human community around student accommodation.

My goal? Whether you are a student looking for your very first kot, or a owner who wants to rent serenely, you find here a space where simplicity, confidence and mutual aid are the real priorities.
I hope you find your happiness here, and I am always reachable via the contact for any question or suggestion.

Welcome to Kotplace, the platform that changes the lives of students ... and owners!
