The room is spacious and very pleasant thanks to its two large windows that let in the morning sun. It is fully furnished with a double bed and bedside tables, a private washbasin with mirror, a wardrobe, a desk with chair and an armchair.

The flat is a 6-person shared flat spread over two floors. You will share the shower and toilet with just two flatmates, whilst the kitchen, living room, washing machine and tumble dryer are shared with the whole flat. The communal areas are professionally cleaned every two weeks, and this is included in the rent.

The flat is located on the edge of the European Quarter. The EU institutions are less than a 10-minute walk away, the city centre is about a 20-minute walk away, and the Maelbeek and Arts-Loi metro stations are all nearby. The ULB’s Solbosch campus is also about a 20-minute walk from the Marie-Louise bus stop.

The flat share consists of young adults aged between 21 and 26, mainly on work placements or studying, from various countries. The atmosphere is simple and relaxed: sometimes we cook together, explore Brussels or go for a drink, but everyone also has their own space.
