A furnished room (€540/month) is becoming available in St-Guidon in a non-smoking apartment, located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a single-family house. The room is partially furnished; registration is not possible.
Rent includes charges except heating wood; a sterre can be ordered upon arrival and split between three occupants (approximately €80 per sterre)

The apartment, currently occupied by Adrien and Isabelle, has been renovated in an alternative manner and offers a warm setting: salvaged furniture and objects, solar thermal panels for hot water, south-facing terraces, wood heating only, etc. The atmosphere is intended to be simple, respectful and convivial.

We are looking for a calm, independent person (particularly regarding the wood stove in the room), careful and attentive to shared living. Communication and mutual respect are important for harmonious cohabitation. Common spaces are small, particularly the kitchen, which requires cooperation and conscious shared use.
The neighbourhood is lively and pleasant (somewhat busy on match evenings), a stone's throw from Anderlecht stadium and St-Guidon metro. The city centre is accessible in 15 minutes by bike via the canal.
