I'm looking for someone to take over my room (furnished: table, bed, chair and chest of drawers) in a peaceful, spacious and LGBTQIA+ friendly shared apartment.

The flat is located just 5 minutes on foot from Tomberg metro station (line 1).

Rent: €550/month all-inclusive. Security deposit: €675.

You will share the apartment with 3 international housemates (3 women) all in their thirties.
The atmosphere is calm, respectful and independent — not a party flat, but we appreciate good communication.

The apartment includes a large cosy living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with 2 sinks with shower + 2 toilets, a small balcony with nice view, and a garage for bikes and storage.
The housemates speak French, English or Spanish.

We are looking for a young working professional or full-time student, with shared accommodation experience and who respects cleanliness, quiet and community living.
