Pricing?
• Monthly rents excluding charges range from €500 to €599 per month depending on the size and duration of the lease, comfort, equipment of the accommodation and services offered.
• Charges (water, heating, electricity, internet wifi, assistance, monitoring/security and cleaning of common areas) amount to €150 per month/person.
• The guarantee equals two months' rent plus an advance of two months' charges.
• The rental contract is concluded for a period of 3 to 12 months.
