5. A certificate of enrollment or pre-enrollment or admission to an educational establishment or internship;
6. The completed and signed guarantee contract;
7. Proof of payment to our account of the deposit/charges and 1st month rent.
Pricing?
• Monthly rents excluding charges vary from 495€ to 599€ per month depending on size and lease duration, comfort, housing equipment and services offered.
• Charges (water, heating, electricity, internet wifi, assistance, surveillance/security and common area cleaning) amount to 145€ per month/person.
• The deposit equals two months' rent plus an advance of two months' charges.
• The rental contract is concluded for a period of 3 to 12 months.
