Furnished room in shared apartment near Arenberg

We are Vera and Aline and we're looking for a new fun housemate from September 1st, 2026 in Heverlee – Leuven, close to Arenberg.
We are offering a bedroom of 13.5 m², fully furnished (see photo), for €574.50 per month.
The decoration and personal items, like the poster in the photo, are from our old housemate and won't be staying anyway. Of course, you're completely free to do what you want with that. 😊
The other spaces, such as the bathroom, toilet, a spacious living room, the kitchen and the garage (with washing machine and a place to store your bike), are shared.
We are two girls, originally from Germany, but already experienced with studying in both the Netherlands and Belgium. For a year now we have been living and studying in Leuven, where we are pursuing a bachelor's and a master's degree. We enjoy socializing, but we also appreciate our peace and quiet. In our free time, we like to be active in sports, music and culture. We also like to spend time in nature and enjoy meeting new people.
We are looking for someone between 20 and 30 years old (we are 25 and 27 ourselves) who already has some experience living independently. We would like to find a housemate who enjoys occasionally playing games together, watching a film or doing something else together, but who also likes it when everyone does their own thing. So we hope to find someone who will stay living here for at least one year. Besides that, we're not really demanding: as long as it's fun living together and the person also knows that a vacuum cleaner isn't just for decoration in the cupboard. 😉
