Studio to sublet

Hi, I’m looking to sublet my studio in Rattemanspoort 4 from May 22nd to August 31st. The studio is 20 square metres roughly and comprises of the following: bed, mattress, mattress protector, pillow, coverlet, desk with drawers, chair, bookshelf, wall shelves, lamp, kitchen corner with fridge and cupboards, bathroom with shower. The wifi and all utilities are included. The building, inhabited only by students, features a communal bike storage space. The studio is centrally located and close to all facilities. Rent amounts to 795€ per month (rent for the days between May 22nd to May 31st will be calculated per diem), in addition to a 795€ deposit.
