Magnificent student studio located in a period townhouse, ideally positioned across from Parc de la Boverie, in immediate proximity to public transport, shops, city centre and universities.

Quiet and pleasant house

The accommodation is located in a house occupied by the owner. Presence one week out of two of two daughters (20 years old and 10 years old). The atmosphere in the house is calm, so we are looking for a serious, quiet and respectful student, who comes primarily to study.

For students only – 1 person. No official registration of residence. Quiet person preferred.
