Prices?
• Monthly rents excluding charges start from €495 to €599 per month depending on size and lease duration, comfort, housing equipment and services offered.
• Charges (water, heating, electricity, wifi internet, assistance, surveillance/security and common area cleaning) amount to €145 per month/person.
• The deposit equals two months' rent plus an advance of two months' charges.
• The rental contract is concluded for a period of 3 to 12 months.
