Our new StudiX student residence comprises 171 fully-equipped studios with many common facilities (reception, gym, study room, bar, games, private and shared kitchens, laundry, high-speed fiber internet, bicycle shed, on-site car rental), a central garden with terrace and a rooftop terrace.
All studios have a private bathroom (shower, sink, WC).
3 types of studios available: Comfort (studio with shared kitchen), Premium (studio with private kitchenette) and Coliving (private studio in coliving apartment).
The residence is located in Ixelles in the very centre of the lively Brussels’ university quarter, with its shops, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the ULB and VUB universities.
The studios shall be available as from September 11, 2026.
Monthly rent as from € 880 (+ € 130 fixed rental charges).
Lease contract of 12 months.
